What is Your Turnaround Time?

We’re results-driven and move fast!

Orders are processed within 24 hours.
Emails are responded to within 48 hours (due to high website traffic).
Once your design or print job is confirmed, we’ll have your product ready to ship or pick up within 3–5 working days.

Can I submit my own designs?

Of course! Please use our provided templates and upload your artwork via the Upload function on the product page.

Artwork must be in vector format or a high-resolution JPEG to ensure quality.

If the file is not print-ready, a setup fee starting from $45 + GST may apply.

Can I pick up my product?

We have workshops in East Auckland and Hamilton city.

Do you do custom sizes?

For some of our banners, floor decals and foot path signs, we can do a custom shape/ size. Please get in touch at info@bannerking.co.nz to discuss your custom requirements.

What file types should I use for artwork uploads?

Please convert all fonts to outlines or curves before sending your file. Make sure the proof is sized in proportion to the exact dimensions of your custom banner order. There is no need to include bleeds in the proof unless they are part of the design. Keep all text at least two inches away from the edge of the banner grommets.

Accepted file formats:

EPS (Encapsulated Post Script)
AI (Adobe Illustrator)
PDF (Adobe Reader PDF)
PSD (Adobe Photoshop)
JPEG (High resolution JPEG)
TIFF (High resolution TIFF)

Be aware that PSD, JPEG and TIFF files can appear blurry when enlarged, depending on the resolution and pixel count. Small JPGs or GIFs are not suitable for large prints. If you are supplying these file types, please follow the guidelines below:

100% scale (full size output) at 100 dpi
50% scale at 200 dpi or higher
25% scale at 300 dpi or higher
10% scale at 600–1200 dpi

Vector artwork:
Vector files can be scaled to any size without losing quality. The image will always remain clean and sharp. Vector files may be submitted at any size, provided they are in proportion to your banner.

Can I change my artwork once it has been approved and is in production?

Once your artwork has been approved it will move directly into production, and no further changes can be made.

How many colours can each banner include?

There is no colour limit on custom banners. You can include as many photos, graphics, or design elements as you like in your display.

What if the colours on my custom banner do not look the way I expected?

Our printers are carefully calibrated to produce colours as accurately as possible to match your order. However, colours may appear differently on your screen compared to our equipment, and we cannot accept responsibility for these variations. Refunds or returns will not be issued due to differences in colour, depth, or tone.

For the best results, we recommend supplying Pantone + Colour Bridge Coated references. If an issue arises, we will review the situation on a case-by-case basis.

What printer resolution do you use?

We print using a resolution between 300 dpi and 1000 dpi, depending on the size and requirements of your banner.

What if I do not like the proof of the banner?

Our design team will work with you until you are completely satisfied with the banner proof. If we are unable to reach an outcome you are happy with, you will receive a full refund within 24 hours.
