Print Proofs: All orders are processed by our team within 24 hours. If you would like to receive a proof before we begin printing, please make a note during checkout. Proofs are provided upon request for print-ready orders only.

Order Confirmation: Before placing your order, please take a moment to carefully review all product details, specifications, and design proofs. By confirming your order, you agree that all sales are final.

Exceptions: We take pride in the quality of our products. If you experience a manufacturing defect or production error caused by us, please contact our customer service team within 3 days of receiving your order. We will review the issue and, if appropriate, offer a suitable solution, which may include a replacement.

Damages and issues: Please review your order upon reception and contact us within 3 days if the item is damaged or if you have received  the wrong item, so we can look into it and make things right.

Quality Commitment & Non-Refundable Items: We are committed to delivering high-quality products tailored to your specifications. Due to the custom nature of our work, certain items cannot be returned or refunded. However, if you experience a manufacturing defect or production error caused by us, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. We will review the issue and, if applicable, offer a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges: To ensure a fast exchange it is important to get your items back to us as soon as possible. Once the return is accepted, we do a separate purchase for the new item.

Refund Policy: Due to the custom nature of our products, we are unable to offer refunds, as each item is made specifically to your unique specifications and cannot be resold. However, if there is a print error or a quality issue on our part, please reach out, we’ll be happy to make it right.

Refunds: You will be notified once we have received and reviewed your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved. Once approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment. This will happen within 10 days. Please allow some time for the payment to enter your bank or credit card.
