Refund policy
Because all of our products are custom-made to your unique specifications, we’re unable to offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect selections, as these items cannot be resold.
However, if there is a print error, quality issue, or defect caused by us, we’ll be more than happy to make it right.
Reporting Issues
Please contact our customer service team within 3 days of receiving your order if you notice any print errors, product defects, or quality concerns.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in the same condition as received — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- You’ll need your receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, email us at info@bannerking.co.nz. We’ll provide the return address for our workshop in Auckland or Waikato.
Return Process
If your return is accepted:
- We’ll issue a return shipping label.
- You’ll receive clear instructions on how and where to send your package.
Please note: Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll review the issue promptly and provide a suitable solution, which may include a replacement.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
- Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return.
- Custom products are non-refundable unless faulty due to our error.
Exchanges
The quickest way to get what you need is to return the approved item and place a new order separately.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of approval. If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Please allow time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
